Vagus Enlightenment & Empowerment Attunement

Enlightenment is awareness. An awakening. Within the moment of now there is the space of and
for creation and manifestation. We are all as enlightened as any one of us can be, at any given
moment. Therefore, we are all enlightened beings. Enlightenment/awareness, is for all of us! Now that you are aware of this possibility, it is within your power to create and manifest on a mental/emotional, physical, and spiritual level the VAGUS Enlightenment & Empowerment Attunement! This frequency of energy is now a part of your consciousness automatically. You are therefore and hereby, enlightened and empowered with this knowledge!
One of the secrets to controlling your immunity is the Vagus nerve. It provides a high-speed line of information to the brain from the gut, where battles with bugs are continually raging. Knowledge
of the Vagus's role is all about mind over matter. You see this effect in Tibetan monks who pass a test into monkhood by generating enough heat off their bodies in freezing temperatures to make a cold, moist blanket on their shoulders, dry out. It comes from the Vagus nerve, which sends messages to major organs in the body and carries information back to the brain. It's the main mechanism by which your brain audits your body. Those monks figured out how to meditate to fake out their bodies that they're warm rather than cold.
By manipulating the connection between the gut and brain, we have the ability to quiet the high-level inflammation and immunity challenges that affect the way we age. The Philosopher's Stone
I meditate frequently. Just recently I've been doing a Theta brain wave meditation daily with friends and family, at different places and times. I've been holding clear quartz and Herkimer Quartz 'diamond' most recently. This meditation takes one out of their physical body, up passed the Universe into the God vibration of blue/white Light. I had a OMG experience over the weekend that I am getting used to. It started this summer actually. I’ll tell you more about that soon.
While meditating I have requested to channel a high energy being. I kept hearing that I was already doing that. My ego; I wanted it to look and feel a certain way:) During a few of the Theta mediations I would receive images/symbols. The Being I met at Stonehenge in Burlington, VT kept coming through, also. He is 15' tall. When I first met him during a mediation he was smiling right at me. The other women said he had been seen there, at the Stonehenge/Earth Clock before. Instant validation!
I will add here that I love the Harry Potter movies. They are magical for me. During one of the Theta meditations I was given the Elder wand - the Being insisted I take it, that it was for me. We are all 'the Elder wand." I saw some of the characters from HP during a most recent mediation. I then related them to the feelings of intelligence, bravery, courage and humor. I also saw a huge garnet at a class on gemstones held recently. Jokingly, when I saw it I said, “The Sorcerer’s Stone.”
During this time I have also been working with a book of stones. I have shipments of gemstones coming and wanted to find out more about their metaphysical meanings. I had finished for the day and was about to put the book away. For whatever reason I went to the back of the book. There it was. My ah-ha moment. The book talks about Azeztulite Awakening. The Philosopher’s Stone - a common substance found but unrecognized and unappreciated. I had also been listening to television during the day and was drawn to a program talking about alchemy; making gold out of lead. Legend has it that alchemists were continually searching for the Philosopher’s Stone usually depicted as a white rock which was outwardly unimpressive but which had the power to convert lead into gold, and to convey longevity, enlightenment and even immortality. Please wait and hear me out. I have been using gold and clear Light during meditation for quite a while now. That is gold enough for me. Gold is the color of presence. Of being.
Also during this time I, along with others in a Tarot group had each individually received the Tower card on the same day; 11-11-11. Big changes underway. We all thought that was interesting. We thought it might be because of all the people meditating and working on change on this day, all over the world.
I have been going beyond word; being in the spiritual Light. I am a medium. I teach psychic development and request that people look beyond word. We are in a sense, programmed. How do the words we use that are in our own minds, create for us or against us. In other words, do the words we use fill us with a low frequency of vibration or a high one. We get so used to saying certain taught-thought words and phrases that it seems this is just the way it is, and always has to be. I teach otherwise. I rock reality.
Back to the book on gemstones. I looked and there is a stone that a certain company has named Azeztulite. They talk about the Philosopher’s Stone. They say a woman was contacted by a group of inter-dimensional beings about a stone that this group has re-formatted to bring Light to this earth to assist us. This group is called Azez meaning ‘Nameless Light.’ This group, Azez brings the energy of The Great Central Sun. They channeled this message to a woman who then relayed the message to the company who sells gemstones.
Even though I channel spirit, teach psychic development and consider myself very spiritual, I am a healthy skeptic. This group of inter-dimensional beings went on to talk about enlightenment and the Philosopher’s Stone meaning ‘to be filled with Light.’
Our cells of our body are programmable. They have ‘mind.’ Cellular mind. Our cells can and do hold Light. The sacred sound ‘Om Namo Bhagavate’ means “I salute the supreme Divine.’ The Great Central Sun. The Sun that keeps this earth alive. I believe we are being asked to bring Light into full expression in the world through direct intention. We are this Light.
Stones are a tool we can use to accomplish this. Azeztulite is a stone that is of the Azez community of inter-dimensional beings, here to assist us. They imbued their energy into this stone. Those who hold this stone know it’s energy. This stone is here as a partner of the spiritual realms for the sake of the world. It’s activation at certain points on the planet aids in healing the total organism of Gaia, through our awareness of it.
I went on to read the article about Azeztulite. I saw a picture of the stone. The ah-ha energy hit me full force. I felt giddy with excitement. This stone known as ‘a messenger of Light” I had found during the summer while looking for quartz in Vermont. I thought I had found gold, because gold is known to be near/with quartz. My family thought I had lost my mind. Okay, I know - please bear with me.
I felt discouraged that this company had trademarked the name Azeztulite. I wondered what this meant.
I have buckets of this stone that I dug out of the hillside. White quartz with golden stuff on it, mixed into it. The gold shines. The rocks are rough. The gold is beautiful. When I found it I was so excited! I love quartz and am always drawn to find it. This summer I also found smoky quartz in Vermont streams. One piece just sat next to my foot waiting for me to look down at it. A 1”x1” dark brown piece of smoky quartz that found me. I find and am drawn to quartz all the time. I went outside and gathered up a few pieces of the white quartz with gold to look at them more closely. I brought a few pieces into the house with me to compare them to the picture in the gemstone book.
I call the quartz I found with golden rays, Golden Ray Quartz, also known as Azeztulite or the Philosopher‘s Stone. The Golden Ray is with us all. Awakening to the Light that we all are. This stone is a tool and is here to assist us at this time. Believe it or not. Call me crazy, it is okay. I can only tell you what it has done for me. It created a wonderful, magical ah-ha moment in my life.
Remember how I said that I felt discouraged that the name Azeztulite had been trademarked? I will digress and say I find dimes from spirit as ‘tokens of rememberance‘ to remind me of my own Light. I walked out into my kitchen and there in the middle of the floor was a very bright, shiny new dime; dated 2011. The same kitchen I had just walked through to go outside to gather up some Golden Ray Quartz. It hadn’t been there at that time! Spirit wanted to remind me of Light. They put a little humor in it, too. It was a Canadian dime. It could have been a dime from the USA where I live, but no - spirit wanted me to see that and look outside my paradigm of thinking and keep looking, I believe. To know Light is to go beyond the taught-thought paradigm. Well, I had just done that and I am still smiling and feeling the beautiful Light that these stones have for every one of us.

Direct Intent
DIRECT INTENT

We are one. We are what we seek. You are the Light, prayerful intent, Reiki, Deeksha, and so on. What ever label you have practiced giving to the energy that seems beyond. Beyond though it is not.
Practice the direct intent of being this energy, as it is within each of us. Allow this flow of energy beyond the physical, material self. As you do this, focus on your spiritual self. Your connection to this energy is who you are. From this space you are born anew.
Focus equals intent. Your intention has a specific frequency, as do you as self, as spirit. Filter every thought from this space within. Questions and answers come together here. You don’t need a thing. You are already it.
Through direct intent, of being this energy itself we join with the highest frequency of vibration known. We refill ourselves like drinking water after a long thirst. Beyond this we owe nothing. We own no thing. We relinquish our ego and power. We give away to commune with nature. Quietness. Fathoming the universe.
All is there. All is. Continues to be. The energy within as spirit, knows this place. Recognizes it and embraces it. Gives over all to it. Slips the mortal suit. Being the one. Knowing. No thing matters. As we are all matter. All else fades away, even the greatest love of the heart while here on earth, falls short. Gets left behind. Not forgotten, no. Yet, allows to be given over with ease.
Fear energy is a low vibration. It attracts likewise. Love energy is a higher frequency, beyond all other thoughts that create feelings within us. When we love purely to love, without expectations we are with the all that is. We are able to find this space within us. Go there. Be this. It is what you seek. Go to this inner place of silence and feel your spirit self, as your true power.
All we bring with us when we release our material self, is frequency of vibration. What you have learned while here, how you handled yourself and others, is creating this energy. This is what you have when you leave the earth. You will match up with this frequency when you release your body.
No form, no time, no structure. There in lays the sacred witness. In this is bliss. Is peace.
Live this energy while here on earth by communing with your sacred self. With any thought you may think, convene with your inner spirit. Feel the timelessness that lays within self. All else fades away. Rest here. Grow from this place of direct intention.

Fear energy is a low vibration. It attracts likewise. Love energy is a higher frequency, beyond all other thoughts that create feelings within us. When we love purely to love, without expectations we are with the all that is. We are able to find this space within us. Go there. Be this. It is what you seek. Go to this inner place of silence and feel your spirit self, as your true power.
All we bring with us when we release our material self, is frequency of vibration. What you have learned while here, how you handled yourself and others, is creating this energy. This is what you have when you leave the earth. You will match up with this frequency when you release your body.
No form, no time, no structure. There in lays the sacred witness. In this is bliss. Is peace.
Live this energy while here on earth by communing with your sacred self. With any thought you may think, convene with your inner spirit. Feel the timelessness that lays within self. All else fades away. Rest here. Grow from this place of direct intention.

Being Beyond Duality: The Spider As The Ego

Many times I have given this talk about being beyond duality. Sometimes people get up and walk out, often times people have a confused look on their face, other times huge smiles. Sometimes people feel threatened by addressing their taught-thought patterns that they have been working with throughout their life time. This is what they know, what their families have taught them, what they believe in and what assists them in feeling safe in their world. This is their reality. Their paradigm. And yet it is just this process, this letting go of our taught-thoughts and attachments that assists us in moving forward, to a higher, stronger vibration and universal understanding. Kind of like the preverbal camel going through the eye of the needle. It is possible to let go of what we have been taught to believe in from the previous generation, so that we can experience another form of reality. It is even possible then to let go of this new reality, to experience the bliss of being beyond duality.
What do I mean by being beyond duality? I can tell you it is not about our ego. Ego would keep us stuck in duality. Like a spider to the web. Our soul wants of us to soar and return to the place beyond duality. Our soul wants deeply for us to realize we are much greater than this space of duality, this mundane world.
Our physical body is a vessel that carries our soul through life on the physical, material dimension to learn, and to grow. Our mind yearns for knowledge and wisdom, which is a sum of all our interactions and experiences. We came here to this land of duality to experience. Though we may get stuck in the scenario that we have created to experience ourselves through, we cling to this paradigm and may become sentimental about it. We then fall into the spiders web of duality. What label can we attach to that? Would the label of hell fit? Some say that hell is here on earth. Some say not. Duality.
Universal truth is wisdom beyond duality. It is not about the place of having no feelings; a void. It is about the place that holds our soul. That place within us that we have labeled as spirit self. We can do the most for others when we take on our own spiritual power. What we give to self, we give to others. What we give to others, we let go of and this then touches the universe.
We create what we believe in. We put thoughts in our heads and decide what thoughts to keep or toss out. We have this ability. No one can make you keep a thought in your head without you giving permission. We are in charge of this process. What we believe in, we decide to believe in. If something is true for you, it ‘is.’ It may not necessarily be true for another. This gives us the space to create and manifest our individual selves through. We can decide to feel great pride in this creation of self. We do have the ability to let go of one thought to cling to another, like a monkey swinging and holding onto one vine to grasp another. Thoughts can make us think we may fall if we let go. The human mind may think this sounds a bit frightening. Letting go can and does lead to empowerment. Letting go signifies that the one thinking has thought a thought that created a feeling that then, felt courageous. This feeling of bravery may lead to security within self to allow the letting go process. During this process we may decide to feel our hearts opening and to feel less vulnerable.
When we truly open our hearts; our soul and go beyond the duality of earthly senses while here on earth, we can touch the highest vibration of love. Yet, this is not what some refer to as heaven. There is no love in heaven. There is something much greater. Heaven is another label we have given to a place of what we would refer to as ecstasy. It is while in this vibration of what we refer to as heaven, that we can forget about our loved ones, all that held us here in this duality to just be in the clear vibration that is beyond duality and anything we have known while here on earth. Beyond love. That is what I mean by, ‘there is no love in heaven.’ Love is a word we made to describe a taught-thought that created a feeling about a certain experience. We are all much greater than that, while at the same time the experience of a divine love is within us all when we choose to connect with it. The very idea that it takes a thought to create a feeling that we can act upon, is constricting and is duality itself.
Soul energy is the now moment. As the physical, material body breathes in the now, it also breathes out the past, letting go. This is duality, also. We breathe in to breathe out to choose to live. As we breathe out and let go of life, we are then allowing our reality to slip away, as we learn and experience. As we move through time and space, the atoms of our physical body separate from one another as we choose to let go of the material, physical world. Our true power remains always and ever as our spirit self.
We can all work towards moving beyond the old paradigm of duality and polarization. The love/hate, old/new, good/bad, right/wrong of things. We can be in the now moment beyond duality, connecting with the universe, filling ourselves with the peace that this space of our soul allows. Like a boat drifting with the currents of time, we can relax and let go. We can create a space where the mind is quiet and the soul connects. Within this space as soul, we are never without, always with all. We are the universal mind while we are here and when we leave. We are what we seek. This is sacred and holy.
Here on earth the highest vibration is love. Also a duality of love/hate. As we release our physical body, we enter into a space of beyond duality. We let go of love. We let go of duality and enter into a space of what some have described, returning from this place after a near death experience as peace. They say it cannot be described, the peace and joy is so immense. It is beyond our taught-thoughts and that of any guttural sound; word or label that we have been able to imagine while here on earth. There is peace because we are outside of duality and our rote paradigm.
By recognizing and working to see the place in all beings that desire only to love and be loved, we open the doors to a more peaceful world while here on this fine earth, and to deep healing and more meaningful connection for all of us. Being beyond duality is serene. It is living here on earth as a spiritual being. Let us then join together to support a new paradigm of being beyond duality for all who inhabit our planet, by recognizing that our soul is peace itself. Together, we can transform our lives and world by choosing to move beyond duality and the spiders web of polarization to the recognition of the common soul that we all share.
*After I wrote this I had a dream/message about humans being 'pods' of thoughts. Limiting thoughts. Thoughts that we have been taught to think and believe to be 'real.' I have been asking for messages throughout the day, as well.
