Learn how to make a Shaker rattle out of fabric, shells, bells, beads and other materials. This type of rattle form is very old and is used for a variety of healing, clearing and music making. Adhi will lead participants on a meditation journey and then through the process of making the shaker. Most materials will be provided for an extra fee of $15 plus the cost of the workshop. Divine grace is being beyond duality. It is knowing that ones truth is not more important than another’s version of their truth in the moment. To live a graceful life is being beyond duality. A lion may roar like thunder yet its vibrational truth may be of the same grace as when a mouse squeaks. The light breeze that caresses you gently may also swoop you up into the skies to slam you down to the ground with a vengeance. Beyond the vibration of sound and form, there is the flowing of wavelengths of sentience. The humming of the universe. A frequency that we may not hear unless we attune to silence. In this silence we are all being. From this silence we all emerge. All emerges from the silent space of sentience. Know the silence within yourself and you know it within all.

Kids learn about meditation, gemstones, explore, expand and practice.
Bring your gemstones from last months class and/or they will be provided for you for use for the class.
We will do some Chakracizing exercises from Awakening Consciousness by Robin Marvel to further learn about our chakras and how they work and affect our bodies! We may go outside on the green for this so bring a towel, mat or blanket to sit on.
We will practice healing and breathing exercises while meditating.
We will practice cleansing, grounding and seeing the aura!
$15 per child with chaperone. Chaperone must attend with child/ren.

"Thank YOU Michele for hosting, healing & reading. I felt very light, as if I was floating after the meditation...best meditation yet! So many colors...VERY vibrant! I danced to the beat of the drums...and do believe this beat caused me t...o see snapshots...partial ones...quickly...then, I traveled all over the world...as an indigenous person...for the area in which I travelled...I went to the Plains, South Ameri...
...can rainforest with a huge waterfall, Africa, China, Japan...and stopped in Perth, Australia briefly. I belonged everywhere I went...others could see, hear and speak to me."
"I could sense there was alot of beings present. My meditation was pretty active with images, feelings, messages. I was floored at how relaxed I became as soon as you put the quartz crystals on the floor in front of me. It was wonderful! I think I need a quartz suit to walk around in all the time. LOL I felt so focused and relaxed when I left. " "I remembered that once Michele placed the quartz on the floor...my ears became hot...and my head was tingling...at one point after the meditation, my forehead was tingling.." We also did a reading of the aura of one participant. Before meditation 5' and after her aura measured 15' in diameter using dowsing rods to measure. There were two volunteers who did this exercise as an example for the other participants (10). Having a higher/larger frequency assists us in releasing that which causes dis-ease within our bodies/minds. This event is held monthly at Moonlight Gift Shoppe typically on the first Wednesday at 6:30pm of each month by donation. NEXT one is September 5th! This Liminal Goddess can help you in many ways. She is The Lady of the Crossroads, Goddess of Witches, Triple Goddess (She holds power in heaven, earth, and waters), and the Soul of the Universe. She helps those who honor Her and help themselves.
