I've been doing this meditation/vision for a few years where I am sitting under a beautiful tree on a bank. In front of me is a crystal clear pool of water filled with clear quartz crystals. I jump in and swim 'to the other side' and get out there. There is a water fall with an opening behind it. I walk through the water fall and into this opening. A Being is there that I believed to be Jesus. The first time I saw him he gave me a gold necklace with a jade pendant to wear. There was always a table/barrier between us. I have been there in this vision lately. I asked, "Why is this table here between us?" I had always assumed he had put it there. The Being said, "You put it there." I can tell you that it just 'hit' me; my mind. I said, "Oh!" I smiled and moved it away immediately and embraced the Being. This has been years that I have done this meditation on my own and just 'now' I am understanding this. I created it. The barrier is gone now.
Today I spoke to my heart and opened it like a window in springtime.
The fresh air blew in and I felt the breeze fill me with it's soothing nature.
I breathed deeply and filled my soul, for I know winter's coldness will come again.

As we release the duality of ordinary consciousness, we embrace the Divine within. We let go and allow our psychic being/soul to guide us.Thoughts create the illusion of duality.
A woman came in my shop, Moonlight Gifts and we began talking. She said she had a thought that she kept thinking and that it wouldn't 'leave her alone.' I suggested she embrace the thought, since she is the one that put it in her head and keeps it there. 'Trying' to push a thought away creates the energy to keep it there. When a thought keeps coming back to you, you are the one that keeps it there. You are also deciding on what to think of that thought. Embrace it and what it has to share with you.

Spirit guides will come to us in any way that you can imagine. They know your energy; experience your thought vibrations. This week I have received the word 'bell' many times. It has happened so often that I took notice. i thought about the word and what it meant to me. I looked up the metaphysical/spiritual meaning of the word. Bell is the female aspect. It implies enlightenment and wisdom. i recalled that in the movie 'A Wonderful Life' everytime a bell rings an angel gets it's wings. Bells clear energy, are used to begin and end meditations, call to people for gatherings or the alarm bell is used to wake us up; awaken. During the writing of this very information the bell/chime of awareness and awakening I have on my computer rang at 11:00. We know the number 11 is a master number. It is an opening, an enlightenment, a means of communication to raise consciousness. I believe it is a verification for me of spiritual work I have accomplished and the beginning of the next step. Bells are like that. They symbolize birth, death, weddings, ceremonies and so forth. How has spirit spoken to you recently?
Someone just after this conversation on Facebook came in the shop I am the proprietor of and rang a bell and said, "I have a 2 1/2 year old that loves - BELLS!" Then the same man came back again and bought BELLS:) There is no use trying to deny we are in communication with spirit:) Who would want to!?
May all realize their divinity especially those requesting and/or suffering. We have the power to heal ourselves. It is an innate capability. We do not need to look elsewhere.
K: GOOSEBUMPS**** I just had a conversation with Michele Nappi through facebook about not "feeling" my angels around me!!! Not 20 min later two jets from the Air Force flew over my house in sync!!!! Now, I know there are skeptics who will say it's coincidence but my hair is on end NOW you tell me about coincidence! Then an article I had NEVER EVER seen online also just came up and I'm NOT kidding you. I have never seen this! A United States Air Force pilot on exchange with the Royal Air Force, Capt David Buteau, died when his Sepecat Jaguar GR.l crashed on November 27. The Jaguar, from RAF Lossiemouth, crashed 10 n.m. south-west of Hawick. BTW it was in 1986.

Client: I have a question about the possibility of being too "open" and being psychically attacked or having one extreme crazy hardship after another due to negative "spirits" or outside influences. Do you know anything about this kind of thing?
M: I believe if that is someone's belief system that would be the 'opening.' That would be the focus and the aligning with that frequency of vibration. So there is an agreement of sorts. The belief in duality is playing a part in this; good/bad, right/wrong. We all have what some would label as 'hardships.' It is what we decide to make of it that leads us to the next thought, the next thought, and so on aligning with that frequency of vibration. You make of it what you will. Without your input into the situation it would 'just be there' as 'what it is.' Energy is malleable. We can work with it in this way. All is motion of waves of energy. What stream of vibration are you tuned in to? What channel or frequency are you listening to? That sort of thing. When you listen to the radio and hear music you don't care for, you change the channel without hesitation. You find a different (not better or worse) frequency.

This 6 week course will assist you in developing and empowering your own innate psychic abilities. We are all born psychic and mediumistic. This 6 week course may include practical experience and exercises relating to various subject matter including self-healing, grounding and centering meditation, the use of gemstones and their vibratory meaning, practicing with your psychic senses, dowsing with rods and pendulum, working with guides and angels, your chakras and aura, receiving and giving healing and psychic attunements, practice giving and receiving a reading, remote viewing, ghost hunting, telepathy, psychometrics, gemstone essences, working with and creating energy, your intuitive process, Tarot and more. Last night, I had a wonderful meditation experience... Virgin Mary came to pray with me...and then pointed me to the road I am to take...it was purple with gold edges...she also showed me a gold chalice...while I heard the word 'vessel'.
The other night after leaving class I had an interesting encounter, as I was driving up the road I saw a young woman sitting. I could see her long dark hair and she had on blue jeans her head was down, what was really strange was the length of her legs they were so long almost like they were waving in the breeze, kind of like clothes do when you hang them on the line outside........
During meditation I floated up out of my body and was able to watch the class from the ceiling!
