We Keep Waiting

We keep waiting for someone to give us permission to love ourselves, like they have the magikal key. We are in duality; them or us mentality. We are in this illusion simply from being taught a certain way of thinking. It is not 'the' truth yet 'a' truth we have chosen to believe in due to sentimentality, the will to survive. No one has the key but ourselves. No one can 'make' you anything. It is what it is. It is all an illusion of perception. Being in presence, in the moment - without dragging the past into it kicking and screaming - there in is peace, comfort and being beyond duality. ~ Michele Nappi
