No Thing

Anxiety is fear of the future. We do not trust ourselves. We have accepted that our sacred truth does not matter.

Anger is the defense against the dark arts; pain, suffering. In it, we create more of the same.

Since when does the other person's opinion of us matter more than our own? We have been taught-thought this and pass it down to each and every generation, unless we do not. All is matter. It is what you make of it.

Depression/repression/oppression is truth we do not allow ourselves to have. Our sacred truth. Allow your every thought to blossom and grow wildly without ill-will. Like a child. So much of what we have been taught is the ill-usion. If you cannot speak it, it settles into your gut, where dis-ease grows and multiplies. Without allowing, we become stagnant and dis-eased.

Sadness is regret of the past. Regret that anything happened. That we had no control. We believe this and yet, within ourselves is the well of purity. The all-knowing presence of comfort and peace. Realize, release, relief.

Clinging, we suffer. We choose this over the unknown fear. We feel safer in the known, even if it kills us. We die a million deaths and do it all over again in the same way hoping for difference. Let it all go.

When roots grow up in the air and leaves blossom in the dirt, we will experience the release of this illusion. Allow the terror of what is holding your heart to become alive so that you can see it for what it is. Nothing at all.

When we get triggered we get to see & experience what can be healed instead of re-injury. We begin the release of a pattern. A ‘friend’ we have known. There is comfort in predictability, even if we die from it. We would rather die than face a fear dead-on, which is a bit of an oxymoron. We would rather feel safe & comfortable than face our own piercing reality – fear. Isn’t that ironic? It has been said that the fear of death is number one. Yesterday I took something personally.It helped me to realize that this is okay to do. We can come to a realization that what we are taking personally is a part of who we have decided to be. That we are discovering this within ourselves, through this realization. It is what we do with this information that creates a negative or positive outcome. It is not wrong or shameful to take something personally. It can be beneficial when we allow this information to come to the surface to get a different focus about it. Like a cork floating to the top of a pool of water. The cork is fine. The water is fine. It is what it is and we can decide what to make of it. The Universes Daughter

This morning while in the shower I did a clearing, balancing, grounding meditation, as I usually do. I see the water as a purifier and amplifier of energy. I thank the blessed, living water for all of it's many precious gifts. During this meditation I thanked the Universe for it's many blessings, as well. How beautiful and perfect life is. It may not seem so wonderful at times and yet, it is all balanced through our taught-thought conditioning. We have a choice on which thoughts if any, we react to and work with. This creates the energy we live within.

During this meditation I saw a number 8. Infinity. Balance. Cause and effect. We cause a thought and effect our body and mind through the energy it creates for us and all. I also felt the energy coming from the Universe and beyond. Simple. Pure. Ever flowing. I felt very loved. I felt present. I also requested something specific. I saw many people coming into my metaphysical shoppe, full of light and joy. To me, they represent a great abundance.

I left the shower and proceeded with my day. I dressed in something 'flowy' and pretty, representing the free-flow of energy. My appearance met my perception. I received immediate validation from Source. As I came out into the kitchen there was a hair tie laying on the table shaped into the number eight. I also felt like pulling a Tarot card for three family members and I, for the day. Mine: Daughter of Discs. I use the Motherpeace Round Tarot deck. I like it because of it's peaceful, uplifting energy and offerings. Daughter of Discs meaning: Vision quest to find a new name; bringing power down. I believe 'down' to be a perception of duality. Down in this tense meaning 'filling and surrounding with joy and abundance.'

I am a daughter of the Universe whose great and mighty arms surround me and uplift me always, filling my open heart.

I also received this from another friend:  Your post about ALS and the blue butterfly is my true story. My mom passed away from ALS and is My Beautiful Blue Butterfly.” ~ T. This friend happens to have a blue butterfly tattoo in memory of her mom.

How many blue butterflies come to you? Not many for me. This is even more validation as far as I am concerned of life after death and how our loved ones choose to communicate and validate their presence is alive and well - “just different” - as my mother said as she slipped away into infinity and beyond.

I believe every thought and action we have ever had is alive and well, too out in the Universe. All is encoded and kept for us to review on passing. Choices. Free will. Think about it. Not in fear. Think about it as creation. Choose to be thankful and grateful. It all affects the whole. You affect all and vise versa.

Spirit Medicine and Tarot Experience

During a Tarot class our instructor suggested that we were to pick a Tarot card that reminded us of the Goddess we had been working with. We had shuffled our deck, using only Major Arcana cards; 0-21. I work with the Motherpeace deck by Karen Vogel and Vicki Noble. I shuffled and received the World card, number 21. The description of this card is as follows: 'All the universe is a dance of energies; Maya-Shakti, a movement of creative forces in us and through us. The World card signifies that he personality is no longer blinded and confused by identification with what is not real. True liberation and freedom are felt within the individual and the group.'

The Goddess of the Major Arcana card the World, is Isis. In ancient Egyptian spirituality, Isis was the Queen of Heaven and Earth. She was the Goddess of all Goddesses. She was the All and She had thousands of names. The group was then instructed to choose a card from the court cards of the deck that to us, represented the Goddess of the Major Arcana card that we had picked. I chose the Queen of Wands to represent Isis. The Queen of Wand represents 'a channel; a magician who contains and disperses energy.'

This card would signify our personal inner teacher at the time, which we would take a type of Shamanic journey with. We began a breathing meditation and were instructed to imagine entering a cave keeping the image of our inner teacher in mind. The energy of my inner teacher, the Queen of Wands was powerful, peaceful, and present. She sat directly in front of me and reached out to touch my heart. I immediately saw an image of what looked like an off-kilter, lined graphic. Two slanted horizontal lines, with two over lapping, vertically. Other symbols that came to me were a blue bird with an orange chest. I gave this bird a seed to plant. Once planted, it turned into an image of a pink flower. After seeing these images I felt as if I dozed off for a bit. When I awoke there was a snake looking at me with fangs bared. I did feel some fear although this feeling quickly dispersed. I asked the snake to share it's power. The snake answered, "Yes, but I will have to bite you in your heart." I agreed and it was done. I heard, "Now you have snake power/medicine."

I find it interesting to see how all the symbols relate to one another, including the descriptions of the Tarot cards that were chosen and how they inter-relate. Isis is the Goddess of all Goddesses and the Snake as a symbol of animal spirit medicines is the medicine of medicine itself. 

These are similarities. The snake symbolizes transformation; transmutation. The Bluebird with it's orange-red chest, is a symbol of a rite of passage. A time of movement into another level of being. It is also about transformation, especially as a girl into a woman, a child into an adult. Awakening the inner child; joyful expression. Perhaps the inner child/teacher is most profound in it's simplicity and innocence.

If you have been able to keep a journal you may go to it to read how you have managed your fears/strong emotions in the past-tense. What has assisted you in caring for yourself?

Breathing is the one thing that most of us have to assist us when we are in fear-mode. This is/has a conscious affect. It does take courage and fortitude to face our fears, especially the deep, taught-thought ones that linger like a barb into the flesh. This type of suffering has multiple layers and we may feel like we have failed if things don't clear up quickly and permanently. Each moment of awareness is just that; mindfulness. You are aware of this. You are not a failure. When you feel frustration it is most likely coming from your taught-thought words such as - should, must, have to, need to, got to, etc. which is more violence towards ourselves.

Concentrate on breathing.

We do have choice. We can extinguish the suffering. We are able to experience this with baby steps. Give yourself permission; allow yourself to ease into a peaceful nature.

You know yourself in the deepest of ways. Hold yourself dear to your heart. Know that you are perfectly able to learn to care for yourself in ways that compliment you. Give yourself permission.

PRACTICING WITH STRONG EMOTIONS
When you touch a hot stove, as soon as you become aware of the pain, you immediately pull your hand away. You don’t let it rest on the burner in order to explore the pain. In the same way, we stay present with strong emotion only very briefly at first. The instruction is: short moments again and again. Rather than trying to endure prolonged exposure to intense feeling, we touch in for only two or three seconds, then pause and breathe gently before touching in again. Or we might simply stay with the troubling feeling for five or six minutes and then go on with our day, more in touch with our emotions and, therefore, less likely to be dragged around by them.- Pema Chodron

I stated that I too, have felt this way. I think it is part of the process of inner sight. We truly get to see ourselves. This can be the most painful piece. We suffer. We become conscious through this avenue. Yes, it pisses us off. We may fight it; get into the inner struggle and exhibit this for others.
This person asked, “Is it because we feel too much?”
Why would we choose this, we think. It is because we are so courageous.
We have done so much releasing. We are that much more in touch with our inner strength! Our inner fire of will. We are burning things up from the inside out to release that which no longer serves our highest good.
Like the physical/material things that we may burn in the springtime, only this is about unconsciousness. We must look at our unconscious shadow self in order to release it. This is how strong we truly are, to actually own the ability to LOOK. Look into the deep, dark cavern of all that we do not wish to see within ourselves!
We see and then we set the trap of ego on ourselves, that trap was set by us and can be released. We have this ability of choice. It is 'what it is' and we can choose what to make of it.
This is why it is important to discuss it. To find like-minded individuals who have the will to discuss this transformation - whom ever it may be - in the moment. It is a process, one that you will re-visit time and time again. Each time knowing from the wisdom of the past.
We expect an outcome and yet that again is ego. Expectations unmet can take our breath away, if allowed to do so. Yet, we see into the mirror - we dare to look! Therein lays our true strength. When we don't like what we see we may choose to act like a fish out of water or to see it for what it is,
an opportunity for empowerment - emotional maturity – wisdom.

Through this we may choose differently. Not 'better.' When we choose difference we create differently.

Energy is malleable. We are this energy. Thoughts create feelings/emotions. There is no 'too' about it. All is perfect just the way it is. When we become aware of our thoughts - perhaps the deeper ones - the ones we have carried that have weighed us down for such a long time - we become enlightened to them. We are each as enlightened as we can be in any given moment.
I ended the conversation by saying, “Congratulations! You have done so much great work. You have added so much loving Light to yourself and shared it by effect. Assisting Children Experiencing Psychic Phenomena

Every once in a while I get a frantic call or email from a parent regarding their child experiencing psychic phenomena. I have listed basic ideas below to assist you and your child.

Go back to basics with your child. It's not so much the 'why' as it is that they would like to feel safe, protected, and heard by their caretakers. We all want to feel nurtured and cared about especially when we feel our reality is askew for what ever reason.

We know that children especially experience things psychically by seeing; clairvoyance, hearing; clairaudience, and so forth. They may feel off balance a bit because they have not been on earth that long and there is so much information that they are surrounded by. This can take a toll on anyone's senses.

Let children be just that; young at heart.

Get them out in nature to hug a tree, build a garden, play in water. Get out the grounding crystals; onyx, hematite, clear quartz for setting intentions, rose quartz for an aura of love, a journal to express him/herself verbally and/or art expression. Allow the child to choose the crystals that best serve them at the time. This allows them to feel that they are in charge.

Use anti-worry stones or rub the fingertips together as a natural form of reflexology; nerve pressure. This also releases endorphins; the brain's natural relaxant.

Create a spray of lavender and water - make it together - name it what fits for the child in the moment. Children are very creative. They can 'pretend' they are a super hero. Dress-up is a joyful tool of expression. You and your child could sing, dance, set intentions through rituals. Make up a powerful song or dance routine. This assists in releasing endorphins and raises serotonin; a natural upliftment.

Also, concentrate on the breath; all the way in, all the way out as a meditation. When we make this a habit, it comes more naturally and quicker to assist us; switching from fear mode to power mode. Remind yourself and your child that you 'have their back' and so does they, themselves.

If the child is experiencing psychic phenomena within your living area, see the space as the energy that it is. Everything is made up of this living energy. Sage/smudge, pour salt around the outside of the space, and then light a candle of intention. Each time you re-build the space; rustle up the energy, do this as a reminder that this is your energy now and set this as your intention.

You know yourself and your child the best. What ways have you assisted yourself and your child to provide calm? Start a journal, post a list of useful hints that can be seen daily, and so forth.
