Come in and sit or lay down in the healing space. This space is offered and provided for you to experience healing energy.
Come into the space on your own and/or receive Reiki, Chakra Attunement, Healing Touch, and so on from a Certified Practitioner.
Listen to soft music, balance your chakras, receive Reiki, absorb the energy of gemstones, and so forth. Quiet. Peaceful. Balancing. Grounding. Centering.
Take a break. Come in on your lunch time, before or after work, while you wait for someone who is shopping, and so forth.
