REGISTRATION REQUIRED! Taught by Michele Nappi, Medium Reiki Master Initiate since 1997. FIRST DEGREE (“I Am in the Light”) is called Shoden. It is the basic course where the student learns self-treatment and how to treat others. This degree will help you learn how to be a clear channel, how to develop a clear mind and develop a compassionate detachment from outcome by releasing control and simply allowing Reiki to happen. Once attuned, the student will go through a 3-4 week cleansing period where their body adjusts to higher levels of energy. During this period the chakras are cleared, balanced and enlarged. The hara line or central light column is cleared and expanded and the student is able to channel higher levels of ki. The student goes from a 50-watt light bulb to a 100-watt light bulb. Includes the history of Reiki, hand placements for self and others, Initiation with 4 attunements, first sacred Reiki symbol and practice time to integrate the energy and gain confidence. $35 - Certificate included.

We are all healers. That vibration. When we decide to release conditioning that no lover serves our purpose. As we turn to our soul, our light. We heal. We let go of the dis-ease we have felt, brought about by the thoughts we gravitated to. Healing is about releasing the illusion. Being our true essence. The moment we decide to lower our vibration through thought, we walk away from our soul, from the universal truth. We affect the whole in this way. When we are in the flow, we know it. We feel it. We are empowered through consciousness. When we are experiencing this higher dimensional level of frequency, we affect the whole in this way, as well. We are all healers, psychic, mediumistic. Drumming and percussion are some of the oldest forms of healing, prayer, and transformation. Bring drums, rattles, shakers, bells, and any others sounds you want to share and join Adhi as she facilities and helps us weave traditional and inspired rhythms. First part of the class will be basic rhythm teachings followed by exploration into drumming and playing together. Adhi will also share how to use drumming as a form of gathering to celebrate and unify community transformation and empowerment. Dancers welcome too!
