Moonlight Moon Oils: Using Direct Intention

“Oils that are Blessed and Charged with Direct Intention by the Ancient Light of the Moon.”

From the left side of the body comes your female energy, whether you are a woman or a man. Intuition comes from the sacred feminine; your body-mind connection. Intuition simply sees the universal truth. Feel the source of your being. Be what you would like to experience in the world. Become entwined with the essence of Mother Earth, going back to your roots; the roots of your ancestors and the ancients. Mother Earth gives of itself, as it’s own entity, sharing these beautiful, light-filled oils assisting you in connecting with your own sacred source of power within.

We have been called to connect with our own divinity and life force, to awaken to our spirit selves through direct intention. These oils are a tool to use to connect with your own sacred empowerment which emanates within each one of us. To live intuitively. Your connection with these oils is a channel for healing energy, a source of allowing who you truly are, to release any issues for your highest good. There is no separation, we are all united as one energy.

Our ancestors planted the seed, that grew the flora that yielded the oils. For centuries we have reaped it’s reward. These gifts are ancient.

The ancients knew of the Moon’s effect on water as seen in the tides that follow the Moons cycle, and the ancients knew that this cycle could be used in planting and harvesting. Since we are also predominately made of water, we are also affected by the movement of the Moon. Just as there are good times to plant, there are also good times for us to begin activities, and times to allow things to finish. Thus we can also follow the Moon cycle for our own personal development and goals. Moonlight Moon oils have been created to assist all for their highest good with direct intention in this development, goals and over-all health.

These divine light-charged oils assist us in the ancient, universal connection with the sacred source of empowerment within, our own divinity.

Using Moonlight Moon oils with the Moon phases and signs of the Moon greatly assists in your intention. I call it “Ancient Moon Oiling.”  Oils have been used in ancient rites since time began, as we know it. The oils connect us with our own unique inner source of  healing energy, through direct intent. This ancient wisdom and presence assists us in creating a spiritual awakening in ones life, used as a tool of enlightenment connecting you with the sacred source of power within, through the heart. Imagine living from the heart. Walking through the day with deep feelings of love, compassion and gentleness for yourself and others you meet along the way in divine silence of the spirit self. Within this energy all is well. An endless well of divine direct intention.

There are four phases to the Moon and to applying the benefits of Moonlight Moon Oils regarding your Direct Intention:

The first and second quarters are when the Moon is increasing in size, also known as waxing. You can easily see when the Moon changes from 1st to 2nd quarter as it is known as the half Moon. After the Full Moon, it decreases in size through the 3rd and 4th quarter. This decrease in size is known as the waning Moon. You can easily see when the Moon changes from 3rd to 4th quarter as it again appears as a half Moon.

NEW MOON INTENTION:

The Moon’s cycle can be said to begin at the New Moon. At this time the Moon is so close to the Sun that we cannot see where it is. Thus it is invisible to us. It has been said that this is the best time to plant the seeds of any new ventures and intentions during this phase of the New Moon. Similar to the planting of any garden, bring your intention out into the open, coordinate plans to solidify and to shore-up the planting of your ideas. In the 1st quarter waxing it is best to begin the pruning of  your plans where you are interested in seeing the outcome of your direct intention. Oil, meditate and directly intend to begin to see the rewards of your intention.

 WAXING THE MOON:

In the waxing phase the Moon’s life force or energy is going into a growing phase. This is a time to implement and plant the new ventures and intentions. The seeds have been planted. The surge of moon energy is upward and growth is activated. This is the phase for any oiling activity allowing and releasing any block that may be holding up  growth and general expansion of your intention.

The 2nd quarter waxing is best to repeat the oiling process and for further stating your intentions by planting these seeds of intention,  to see them ripen and bear fruit.

FULL MOON:

The Full Moon is such an intense energy. It is an exciting time! The planting of your ideas and intentions have been well laid out and you are preparing for their positive outcome. This is the time to be in direct accord with your intention. You have planted the seeds, you are waiting for the outcome. Use the process of Oiling to solidify the intention that has already been fulfilling your request. Speak and act ‘as if’ your intention has already happened.

When the moon is getting smaller, known as waning, the life force or energy is shrinking and going into the roots of your desire. Your intention is deepening. Use Oiling, Intention and Meditation to further deepen your desires.

“Thank you Moon. Thank you Earth. Thank you for the herbs and the oils. Thank you ancients and ancestors. Thank you for all divine possibilities.”

In both 3rd and 4th  phase of Moonlight Moon Oils you can apply them to the soles of your feet, solidifying your goals, and to cultivate the ground they grow in, so to speak; this is when you do your maintenance on the results that you are being shown. Weed out any stray thoughts that may be in the way. This phase is ideal for harvesting and reaping the rewards of all of your direct intention.

Meditation:  Find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed for about 10 minutes.

Place a Moonlight Moon oil (oils can be layered if you wish to do so) on the bottom of your bare feet and on your heart chakra (center of chest) connecting you with Mother Earth and your divinity. You can put your socks and/or shoes on after applying the oil(s). It won’t affect the meditations intent, either way.

Connect with your breathing, slowly breathing in and out. Breathing in life eternal, breathing out, letting go of all concerns. Clear energy fills and surrounds you, as you breathe in and out, see this energy filling you, going down into the ancient earth, for grounding and centering. Connect with your source within by simply intending to do so. See this source as one with all; divine energy. State your request in a positive manner, for example: “I release ___ for my highest good and all issues surrounding it.” Or “I connect with ___ for my highest good.” Collect your energy and focus your power on a positive outcome for all concerned. Make sure that your intention is direct by stating it in the present tense (now is the only moment we have) , first person singular with the feeling of deep, direct intention. You can write out your intention and sit with it, as well.  *Send this energy ahead to your day as you fall asleep, to your home, workplace, any situation by simply stating that this is so. You may want to keep a journal of your mediations with Moonlight Moon oils.

Sit with this energy for as long as you feel connected. When you are ready, open your eyes. Put some of the chosen Moonlight Moon oil on the palms of your hands, while cupping your hands, deeply breathe in the scent of the light-infused oil knowing that by doing this gesture you are deeply connected with the outcome that you have requested. You may want to say thank you to the energy, as you go about your day. Another idea is to journal the process of your intention. This mediation, including the chosen oil(s) can be used daily as a reminder to yourself and of your goals.

The care and commitment we put into our " life’s garden" through direct intention,  is reflected back to us in it’s harvest. As we look to the time of reaping our harvest to prepare for days ahead, we can reflect upon the seeds we planted and how we tended to them, just as our ancestors have done for centuries. Many times we have "things" that come to our life; our harvest, that we forgot or didn't even realize we planted the seeds through our deeds and actions. We do reap what we have sown and the time of now is a wonderful moment to check in with our harvest. Offer thanks and gratitude for the blessings and abundance. What didn't grow well or maybe needed more care? What weeds did you forget to pull? Look at what is in your "fields" that might need cleaning up before a rest period. What is left behind can impair our ability to rest as we move forward on this ancient Moonlit place we call Earth.

New Moon: This blend contains pure essential oils of Spruce, Rosewood, German Chamomile (Blue Tansy) and Frankincense in jojoba oil. It has been used to help empower the physical and spiritual bodies, and may help overcome fear and opposition so we can stand tall during adversity. It has been used for physical and electrical realignments of the body, and has been touted as a “chiropractor in a bottle.” Great oil to use at any New Moon phase.

Full Moon Abundance: This oil includes oils of Orange, Clove, Cinnamon, Spruce, Frankincense, Ginger, Myrrh & Patchouli in Jojoba. Full Moon Abundance attracts abundance, simply put. Assists in the releasing of old taught-thought patterns and blockages that are saying things like “I don’t deserve.”  Connect with divine source and purpose.

Myrrh possesses the frequency of wealth. Cinnamon Bark was thought to have a frequency that attracted wealth and abundance. Frankincense was valued more than gold during ancient times and only those with great wealth and abundance possessed it. Patchouly represented money and those who possessed it were considered to be wealthy. Clove was associated with great abundance and those who possessed it were considered wealthy. Spruce was believed to possess the frequency of prosperity.

Oils are a great resource to release emotions and enhance spirituality:
Myrrh is one of the highest levels of sesquiterpense, a class of compounds that has direct effects on the hypothalamus, pituitary, and amygdala, the emotional center of the brain. It has been used to enhance the feeling of spirituality. Frankincense is excellent anti-depressant. It helps oxygenate the pineal and pituitary glands, which stimulate and elevate the mind, for overcoming stress and despair.
It is known for its anointing and healing powers and was reportedly used to treat every conceivable ill known to man. Aromatic influence of Spruce helps to open and release emotional blocks, bringing about a feeling of balance and grounding. Orange was believed to bring joy, peace, and happiness to those who possessed it. It is elevating to the mind and body and bring joy and peace. Abundance oil is so powerful and applying this oil can help us on the multi-levels; physically, emotionally and spiritually and we become like a magnet to attract Abundance (Abundance oil has a frequency of “Law of Attraction”).

Moonlight 5 Essences: Moonlight 5 Essences actually includes 7 oils of Eucalyptus, Rosemary, Cinnamon, Clove, Lemon, Thyme & Myrrh in Jojoba. This blend has anti-viral, anti-fungal and antiseptic properties that have the ability to strengthen one’s immune system, preventing flu, colds and other illness.  Assists in the belief of wholeness and wellness, our divine right.

Each of the oils featured in Moonlight 5 Essences oil mix provide antibacterial qualities that destroy germs and infections in the air and on the skin, and therefore prevent the spread of airborne or touch-spread diseases. Originally our ancient European ancestors used cloves, rosemary and cinnamon to protect themselves. According to ancient  legend four hundred years ago, robbers protected themselves from the plague that was killing millions, by rubbing their bodies with these aromatic herbs. They did not get the plague. Other common ingredients which are also included in Moonlight Moon oil mixtures include lemon and eucalyptus, both of which include high levels of vitamins and fight bacteria and germs.

Light of  the Moon: Used in ancient times to increase the aura around the body, bringing a sense of strength and spiritual wholeness. Oils included are Bergamot, Rosewood, Sandalwood, Rose, Geranium, Ylang Ylang, Spruce, Hyssop, Melissa & Myrrh in jojoba. All is sacred. Think of sitting in a forest meadow by the light of the moon. Deeply connect with Mother Earth and your own innate wisdom. As you sit within this scene, you may choose to call to you your guide, totem or medicine animal during meditation. Fill and surround yourself with sacred intention and Light of the Moon that your ancestors did, also.

Rose has been documented for thousands of years, yes, thousands. Using rose oil began in Arabia with Avicenna, the physician, whose book on the healing attributes of the rose water derived from the distillation of rose survives to this day. Ancient use calls for it in sexual debilities, frigidity, and impotency. After exchanging that unpleasantness for emotional satisfaction and its accompanying sense of well being, it was discovered that wrinkles, wounds, ulcers, scarring and all manner of skin conditions had also disappeared. We might wonder which came first — sex or the rose? Rose is a antihemorrhagic (stops bleeding) and is a anti-infectious agent. When modern names for diseases surfaced, but before the antibiotic age, Rose rose up successfully for humanity against thrush, gingivitis, tuberculosis, asthma, chronic bronchitis and herpes simplex. As tools have been designed to compare Hertzian frequency (oscillations per second of vibrational motion) in healthy cells at 70-78 MHz to that where disease begins at 58 MHz, Rose’s frequency goes all the way to 320 MHz - important because a higher frequency will entrain (pull up) a lower one every time. High frequency = high health.

Lavender Moon: Lavender 100% pure essential oil is healing and regenerative. It assists one in releases stress and tension. Helps with sleep; insomnia. Calming, healing, relaxing, soothing. You can put lavender oil directly on skin to release the pain of insect bites, burns, healing of skin blemishes.  Add distilled water  to a spray bottle, a few drops of lavender and sprits’ the room affected by tension, your bed linen or a child’s area where sleep is a difficulty. Kids love the scent of lavender. One mom states that she and her child spray the child’s bedroom to avoid nightmares. The child then slept well and was rested for the day ahead. Connect peacefully with inner wisdom and tranquility.

The ancient Greeks called the lavender herb nardus, after the Syrian city of Naarda. It was also commonly called nard. Lavender was one of the holy herbs used in the biblical Temple to prepare the holy essence, and nard is mentioned in the Song of Solomon:

nard and saffron,
calamus and cinnamon,
with every kind of incense tree,
with myrrh and aloes,
and all the finest spices.

During Roman times, flowers were sold for 100 denarii per pound, which was about the same as a month's wages for a farm laborer, or fifty haircuts from the local barber. Lavender was commonly used in Roman baths to scent the water, and it was thought to restore the skin. Its late Latin name was lavandārius, from lavanda (things to be washed), from the verb lavāre (to wash).[

Diffuse. Wear. Great for bath! Sprits after shower.

Moonlight

Moon can easily be seen by simply looking out the window during the evening, stepping out onto your patio or deck. Is there nothing more mystical? Once you know where it is you can follow phases of it each night. Remember, that to work with the natural rhythms of the Moon is to work with your own natural rhythms. The result is a greater sense of harmony with the earth, and with yourself. And at the same time you are rewarded with great results and beautiful soul gardens.

Blessed Ancient Moon Oiling!

Say No to Lessons

Say No to Lessons

I don't believe in 'lessons.' It sounds punitive to me. We are all learning all the time, anyway. Some get stuck in a negative frequency of vibration and end up believing what others have told them about themselves. When you hear the words "can't, won't, should/shouldn't, have to, must" and so forth you can tell you are joining in the negative frequency of vibrations. Thoughts are things with vibration. When we think certain thoughts we join and add to the negative/lower frequency of vibrations. We can change this. It is a process. Especially during the holidays people typically 'take a step back' because we start thinking about our childhood, family, traditions, etc.
With each generation we pass along what we were told that we chose to believe it - what the previous generation told them and so on. We believe what our parents taught us, for the most part. How to act, think, realize the world. They are our gods at the time. Feeding, clothing us. Putting a roof over our heads. As children we don't see very far from this.
We always have choice. It may not be a choice we even want to make - even though we believe it may assist us - we may feel a choice is too overwhelming. Many think this way. Change is a process and comes in cycles. When we want to 'quit' anything - eating a certain way, smoking, taking drugs, spending more money than we have, and so on - we take one step forward and two steps back typically.
As much as you can stay in the now moment. Release duality. 'Should' is a duality word. Go to your heart. That is where our soul resides. Teach yourself peace by having compassion for yourself. Nurture yourself.
BE your spirit self. While you choose this, you are changing your frequency of vibration and that of all that you know and don't know.

You Are Your Own Oasis

You Are Your Own Oasis
Michele Nappi
@copyright

As an individual, you are a testament to the power of one. You are one. You are the most important one to yourself, as an individual. What can each of us do to contribute to the whole? I think the greatest, most insidious adversary to ourselves and one another is when we feel a lack of power. When that happens, apathy sets in and with it feelings of, "What does it matter? I don't matter," can take over. We all matter. Each one of us matters in a positive way and a negative way. We each leave behind a footprint. We each have a ripple effect in what we do. For every action, there's a reaction. With each negative there is a greater negative effect. With each positive, there is a greater positive effect.

For example, when we begin Monday morning on a sour note, we tend to keep these notes floating around us in a negative symphony. When we begin Monday on a hopeful, upbeat note we tend to keep this music playing in our heads.  What type of music do you enjoy listening to? Flat, sour notes? Upbeat, lifting notes? You are the maestro.  The creator of the notes to your own song.

Yes, there will be others, situations in your life that could bring you down and end up sour. There are just as many, if not more that lead you up the hill, towards a finer place to be. None of us get out of life unscathed. It is a choice, our decision to make on the thoughts we put in our heads and the feelings we create within ourselves with these creations.

Sounds simple, doesn’t it? Just think differently and you will feel differently. Yet, for some of us this simple sentence can irk us and we plummet into a rut of self-destruction. We do feel helpless. We do think that we don’t matter. How did we get to this place once more? Are we conditioned to believe we don’t matter? Yes and no. It depends on what we choose to believe. We are always empowered. We always know the way home, so to speak. The home being the heart.

We may choose to sabotage ourselves out of conditioning we don’t see a way around. Where does this come from? We truly are our own creator. When do we decide to give ourselves a break? When do we forgive ourselves for the sins we have trespassed against ourselves? Are they really sins, or has it been conditioning we just didn’t understand until this instant? Can we let go? When the thought that leads us comes back around to lead us once more, can we say simply, “I do or don’t want to follow you any longer?”

Does this mean we are crazy or sane? Doesn’t everyone talk to themselves? Yes. We all have inner dialogue. Are we hungry, tired, influenced by drugs, heartache, fear? Are we well-fed, alert, full of hope and deep compassion for ourselves and others? No matter the influence we can hear that still , calm voice within leading us from within. It is a possibility. Reach for it. Hold onto it. It is always there. When we despair we can find this peaceful place within. A place we have labeled many ways. Call it heart, soul, or a spiritual oasis. It is there and will never leave, only with our choice does it falter. We are never alone, and never as powerful as when we allow ourselves this intuitive space within each one of us. You are your own oasis.
